My husband takes a shuttle to work (part of the reason he took the job was this transportation perk) and I work from home. It was one of those "intention" things - once we decided we wanted to live a life of less driving, the options were right in front of our faces. Pretty nice change for two people who used to each commute an hour or more per day! We made $7500 selling the car and have saved thousands on gas, insurance, inspections and tags since then.
