Looked great. Screen too small to view on so want to get onto computer. Downloaded program as directed. Could not get video from camcorder to computer screen. Can't call for help as there are no phone numbers available. Tried the support on website. Useless. Little help[ and waited 3 days for a response. Packed up camcorder and sent it back Can't get to view on computer. Not worth the hassel.

I was looking at getting one of these - 150 hours seemed really good. Now I know that you're really getting about 10 hours because of the dim cycle thing.
